Breast can be reduced in two ways. The first one is to cut away certain amount of the previously marked tissue and then sew the skin back. The incision is in a keyhole shape and the scar is visible around the aureole and under it. There are several operational ways to solve this problem. The other way is to use ultrasound liposuction to break and then suck all the breast fat tissue. Incisions are very small and hidden away. The procedure is done under the local anaesthesia with sedation and is virtually painless to the patient.
WHO IS IT FOR?
It is suitable for every woman with large breasts which can cause both physical and psychological discomfort. One has to bear in mind that large breasts present a heavy everyday load for the back and can cause incorrigible spinal damage. Dermatitis can quite often occur under the breasts.
POST- TREATMENT
The post-treatment after an US liposuction breast reduction is almost completely non-problematic. Some minor bruising could appear and there is almost no pain.
